Is anything scarier than a new nonprofit CRM???

 We've been working in the nonprofit tech space for a long time now - and while much has changed one thing hasn't.


There is still a general feel from new potential clients of being scared to handle the change management needed to move platforms.

Often times the move is being forced by an aging legacy system, or a new ED, or the need for more capacity as teams grow.

So this is a reluctant move. No advocate exists on staff. The whole new CRM is so nebulous everyone is wondering how it going to work .

And the biggest struggle is finding the time to even DO THE MOVE.

So here is a bit of a list our team has put together to help the consideration for a CRM move a little less painful. While we work with Salesforce.org this applies to ANY potential CRM move.
