Having a standardized approach to working with nonprofits just doesn't really work.
Believe us, we've tried.
But the reality afters years in this business is that each nonprofit is its own unicorn in terms of what they would like to accomplish on the Salesforce.org platform.
As a Salesforce partner our job is to figure out not only how to configure the platform to meet their needs but also become innovative in how to use our donation software, #fundraisingManager, to elevate their fundraising.
Working with WINS (Women In Need Society) has really been one of those relationships that has been incredibly beneficial in pushing product features forward for us.
Our Gifts-in-Kind process looked nothing like this before we began to play around with the feature to meet the requirements of the WINS team.
