I don't know what it is but all of us Salesforce users or partners need to get away from the Salesforce jargon. It ends up just turning off others and making what at its heart is a very usable platform completely terrifying for the non-techie #nonprofit pro.
And how is the cloudStack team doing that?
Well we are changing things up seriously in our training and walking you through actual use case scenarios of Salesforce NPSP and #fundraisingManager.
We are going slow and being thorough. We are creating lingo sheets and instead of just throwing out the word "opportunity" in an email we are going to SHOW you how an opportunity = donation right in the platform.
We are going to work to make things user friendly, including our language. Because reaching our current and potential clients on whatever level they are at right now is CRITICAL to their success.
