Salesforce sometimes gets a bad rap.
It's been talked about in hush hushed, "scary not user friendly" tones for a long time by nonprofits.
Some of that maybe comes down to how customizable it is, how many pieces of the donation record are available to nonprofits to track and just how "salesy" the layout is of the CRM itself.
It doesn't have that beautiful aesthetic that screams "user-friendly!"
